Victor and Shir(ley) Flores run the city's best hotel and host the most exclusive annual Christmas dinner. Jax is the obvious favorite among the select chefs who compete to be hired as their culinary lead, but this years the couple wants it to be a shared effort with a pastry chef, and in that category personally invited Carmen Tirado, a young Puertorican cook and clerk in their community's finest cafe.
