When a crime-ridden city's mayor and his re-election opponent are both assassinated in quick succession, two investigating FBI agents discover that City Hall holds more secrets than just the identity of the killer.As they begin piecing together clues, the two reluctant partners, Agent Archer (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Agent Driver (Kristanna Loken), learn that they are pursuing well-trained professionals who will stop at nothing in order to succeed with their plan.
