Evergreen, Vermont's charming sheriff Kevin Miller gives a warm welcome back to local-born shop designer Lisa Palmer, who is in town with business partner Oliver, to help nostalgic mayor Ezra Green, who inherited town focus Daisy's General Store but can't run it, pimp it, sadly for sale to an outlet chain.
