The Cyclops takes place in the remote Mexican mountains. A woman is on a mission to find her lost fiancee who crashed his plane in the mountain years before. After having to disobey orders from a Mexican governor to even fly towards the mountains, the woman, a pilot, a professor, and a man searching for the richest uranium mine on earth land in the mountain range. Once there, they encounter giant animals and discover the intense radiation to be the source.
