Ex-soldiers Michael Atwood (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and Russel Welch (Norman Reedus) lead an Atlanta criminal organization, which also includes Welch's troubled brother Gabe (Aaron Paul) and dirty cops Marcus Belmont (Anthony Mackie) and Jorge Rodriguez (Clifton Collins Jr.).
